Are you ready to learn to bake your own Sourdough bread with The Sourdough Lady?
January in person class - Wednesday, January 29th from 12pm-3pm EST
March in person class - Saturday, March 29th from 1pm-4pm EST
Location: 3930 Leeward Passage Ct #203, Bonita Springs
You will need a gate code to enter which I will provide the day before your class. You will also receive an email 3 days prior to class with instructions, directions, what to bring, etc.
Learn the art of baking homemade sourdough bread with our Sourdough for Beginners Class. This hands-on class will cover all the basics, from feeding & maintaining your own starter to mixing your dough, stretch & folds, bulk fermentation, scoring your very own mini loaf and baking without a dutch oven.
There will be hands on and observations, discussion, Q&A, tastings, and lots of fun!
You will leave this class with your own fed and active "Phoebe" starter, your bowl with dough that will finish fermenting in your home and then you'll shape, refrigerate and bake it.
What you need to bring:
- An immense love for sourdough bread
- Medium size empty bowl (to mix dough and take home)
- A pint or quart size jar for your starter to take home
- Questions and eagerness to learn.

- A jar of active starter
- Dough fermenting in you bowl
- Full recipe printout with step by step instructions
- Starter maintenance guide printout
- Other freebies
- Email post class with links to all the sourdough tools and a few additional recipes.
